Had a mediocre experience at KIA Bank Street. Went to see/test drive a 2024 Sportage EX and was convinced I was gonna buy it later that week - but instead, they put me in the most basic bare-boned model that had none of the options I was looking for. Kingsley was amazing - he’s the only reason this is a 2 star and not 0. Nobody reached out after my visit despite being told they will find me a Sportage EX asap. I only for a generic “Thanks for coming by blah blah test STOP” text message one week later. I replied with how I didn’t have the best experience but was looking for a second chance … no reply. Then another 3 days later - two more generic automated messages. Almost like none of my concerns were even read. If I’m buying a brand new 30k + car I’d at least expect someone to reach out and ask, not wait a week then hit me with an automated text message. Bought a Sportage EX from Hunt Club instead as they actually cared to get in touch. Michael, keep up the good work. The rest was a zero.

We all know prices of cars are posted online now and they still tried ripping me off a couple thousands. If you don't want to get ripped off and want an honest salesman, don't go here. Also take note of all the 5 star reviews posted two days ago noting the same person.. take that as you wish

I visited this Kia location the other day and I was assisted by Hussein, he was friendly and helped me with my needs. I recommend you speak with Hussein for all your vehicle needs.
