Customer service never goes out of style

I've owned Fords for 24 years. I gave Mike a call at the direction of a good friend and he took the time with me and my wife to explain his way through the options on my new Silverado and give me an amazing deal. I couldn't be happier with my buying experience and my new awesome Silverado!

We were given the opportunity to test drive the car and to inspect it without any pressure. Afterwards Sam took his time to explain the pricing of the vehicle and when we decide to buy the car he gave us a reasonable date for delivery. When the weather forecast for the delivery day was rather inclement he managed to move up the date for us and everything was in perfect order.

Brian was great as this was my first car purxhase. He explained everything to me in full detail until I was confidence in my knowledge about every subject. From the differences between financing and leasing, and which would be better for my financial state at the time. A full demo of everything in the car including on star and hooking up My Bluetooth and hands free calling. Going through all the paperwork so I knew exactly what I was signing for. Over all it was great and I couldn't be happier.

Scott Stewart is THE guy for us. We have been dealing with him for years. He knows what we want and always finds the perfect vehicle for us. We leased a 2014 Cadillac SRX in August and now just leased a 2015 Silverado and no fuss. Done deal!
