My vehicle had a few issues with the heat not working, in the middle of a very cold winter! My car was just over the 60000 KM warranty, and Dennis made sure I got 50% coverage on quite an expensive repair. He made sure it was fixed as quickly as humanly possible and that it didn't break my bank. He kept me updated and informed each step of the way. He even provided me with a courtesy vehicle due to a part delay, and the vehicle was just like mine so I was never really inconvenienced. Dennis made me feel like he really cared about my situation, it wasn't just another car that needed to be fixed , I felt like I was an important customer! I really appreciated everything he did and the experience was as painless as it possibly could be. I will always bring my car to Murray's and hope to always deal with Dennis, I will also recommend their service department to all my friends and family. Very, very very satisfied customer!

Purchase of newer vehicle

We purchased a new vehicle from Mike and Murray Chevrolet previously, and traded it in recently for a newer vehicle. Mike takes the time to understand your driving needs and delivers options for what you're looking for. A very knowledgeable and personable salesperson who exemplifies a sales professional in every aspect. Would definitely return to Mike and Murray Chevrolet to purchase our next vehicle.

I find ALL the staff at Murray Chevrolet to be friendly and professional. The overall environment makes visiting the dealership a positive experience. This is certainly not nearly always the case in many showrooms. Over the years, I have recommended my friends to your dealership and those that ended up purchasing a new car, have been quite pleased.

Absolute Pleasure to Work With

We went in to Murray's for an oil change one Saturday and came out with a new Equinox! Craig was the most easy going salesman I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle. He was super helpful with everything and explained the whole process step by step. We definitely felt looked after the entire time and will be back when we need a new one!

I came in looking for a Chevy Cruze. Craig Pucely was very helpful from day one. He had answers for all of my questions and was able to get me into a vehicle I could afford and want. I was introduced to several other employees at Murray Chev and everyone was quite nice, the whole process was very smooth.
