Edit: I want to start by saying that I did initially have a great experience with Jackson's - however after only 5 months of ownership my new $90,000 truck has 6 reported problems (2 of which I believe to be transmission related issues) with the service department brushing everything off as being 'normal'. I was able to recreate two reported problems within 5 minutes of arriving home - apparently their technicians couldn't find an issue. Anyway, long story short the buying experience here was fine - but so far the service of my brand new truck has been like nothing I have experienced before. They have Barrie cornered as they are the only Toyota dealer in the area and they know that... buy a vehicle from here but don't expect to get service. Really great experience here with Lee Thrasher, he was able to get me into my beautiful 2024 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. Big shout out to him and the dealership!

Very helpful and good service! Salesperson who assisted me, Divyanshu, was very helpful and accommodating to my requirements in looking for the 2024 Tacoma. He followed up with me after delivery of the vehicle offering any assistance or questions I may have. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Parts department is so helpful. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he made me feel very comfortable. I had a part on back order that wasn't even in the system and when I showed him my bill of sale he ordered me a new one right away and even installed it for me. You don't get that level of customer service anymore!!

I was very pleased with Derrick and Dominic in the service department today. They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I picked up my car and was surprised to see it had been given a complimentary car wash. Derrick was excellent at persevering at trying to figure out what the problem was with my hybrid vehicle.
