Over the years Mike has been very helpful in my experience in purchasing a new car. He is respectful at all times. Listens to what I want and has always come through for me in purchasing a new car. Even after I have purchased my car he still asks if everything is okay and is there anything he can do for me. I would say over the years we have built a very good relationship - I respect him and he also respects me. I don't hessitate to go to him at any time if need be.

The sales experience was just fine as usual. The GMC on the other hand is a whole lot less truck for a whole lot more money! Certainly going to be the last GM vehicle I purchase. __ MIke.

Janice McElheren very respectful, is a great caring person, assuring to clients needs, she is intelligent. She makes a customer feel like a friend, and not a dollar sign. Janice will work very hard to ensure a customers satisfaction. I would recommend her to any person in need of the wheels of there choice. Seaway GM, I would absolutely consider as a top contender for any future sales manager positions. This would be a major step in the right direction for your company. If you do not see it, then you need to look deeper, because Janice McElheen is one of the greatest assets in you dealership chain. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time, but this lady shoots right to the top, above any sales person I have ever purchased from. Whenever someone ask me about a good place to purchase a new vehicle, Janice McElheren's name at Seaway GM always comes to mind, and she is my recommendation to them.
