Brantford Honda has performed all maintenance and repair service in a timely, thorough, professional and friendly manner since I bought my Honda Ridgeline in 2007. The only issue I have ever had with the truck that was problematic, is the aftermarket backup camera that was installed by Brantford Honda when I bought the truck. The Service manager at the time had suggested placing the camera lens in the bumper beside the license plate rather than the standard placement in the tailgate. This was a very poor place to put it as it did not provide a picture of the trailer hitch, one of the main reasons I purchased the camera. Since that time the camera has failed twice and has had to be replaced twice. The first time I paid to have it replaced as it was a few years after the initial installation. The second time the warranty was not honoured by the manufacturer even though it was only a few months after the first replacement. However Brantford Honda did pay for 1/2 of the repair cost and I had to pay the rest. In effect over the life of the car I had had to pay for this backup camera 2 1/2 times.

Trevor is always a pleasure to work with when I bring my car into Brantford Honda to be serviced. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are provided with the best possible service. In this case, it was no different. Although I live an hour away from Brantford in Guelph, I always try to book my service appointments with Brantford Honda because of the continued excellent service provide by such advisors as Trevor.
