I went to the dealership to get an oil change and some other pertinent request regarding my vehicle. I was very happy to get a very detailed report on the state of repairs needed to have my vehicle back in prime operation.

My visit started at the service desk for routine maintenance. I have dealt with MacLeod several times and he is always so pleasant to deal with and a true asset to your team. I had been contemplating purchasing a new vehicle for a while so MacLeod took me to the showroom and introduced me to Johnson in sales. Ended up deciding to purchase the Honda HR-V. He was very thorough and went through the entire vehicle equipment with me. Johnson was so great he even came in on his day off to make sure my HR-V would be ready on time. Wade was a pleasure to deal with in Finance. Truly an easy, positive purchase from start to finish.

Winter tires were put on and the alignment was done. Also the oil was changed, rust was scraped off and the battery was checked. I didn’t have to make another appointment. My summer tires are kept here.

My 2018 Honda CRV was towed to Honda on Waverley as it couldn’t start. Waited for four hours for my vehicle to be fully functional. Turns out that the battery had 0 cold cranking amps. Battery was replaced under warranty and all was good!

My first experience won me over. Being a woman shopping for a car hasn't always been a good experience UNTIL I walked in and Dylan Foui of Winnipeg Honda immediately came and assisted me. He was very respectful, clear in providing information and provided first class service. Any member of his team that has assisted over the years me has provided the same level of excellent care and service. We have leased several vehicles through Team Foui since that first Honda and would never consider going elsewhere.

We purchased 2 vehicles, and had a very positive experience. The dealership took care of our needs and we particularly appreciated Jessica, who was extremely knowledgeable and proficient at teaching us about the options on our vehicles; as well as Melissa, who is very welcoming and efficient. Our only criticism would be that some of the used vehicles we saw had not been thoroughly cleaned. Would recommend this dealership to friends
