Becky thank you so much for leaving this review. I was planning to come and buy a new vehicle. Remember I love your truck but not the issues you have. I would have loved to leave no stars but that was not an option. I have bought two and repeat two brand new vehicles in the past and the current vehicle I have is only a couple of years old. It has been great that the dealership i have been going to has been so fantastic to me over the last 10 years. I was looking for a change but I will stay where I am.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! I highly recommend that you avoid Murray Chevrolet and purchase your vehicle elsewhere!! This is the most irresponsible and careless dealership I have ever encountered!! I have had to take my vehicle in repeatedly for service work that rarely gets completed without several return trips. I have had the my life and my families life endangered not once, but TWICE due to their careless mistakes. And to top it all off they have further insulted me by insisting that my request for even the slightest satisfaction is asking too much, instead they make light of the TWO LIFE THREATENING situations they placed me in by stating, and I quote "let's hope your luck doesn't come in 3's". WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! Avoid this place if you value your safety and well being!!!!

I only gave a one star because there is no option for zero stars to leave a comment. Took my car to murray for autopac claims. Paint is peeling where murray service dept painted it. rear window defrost not working after murray replaced window on claim. did not clean glass out of car from a shattered window. real mechanic told me murray oversprayed paint all over car electrical wires causing a short. When brought up with murray staff i was told it wasnt their problem and they could fix it but id have to pay. I have to pay for damage to my car they done that autopac paid them to fix. Please do not shop here or gave your vehicle serviced here. Learn from my mistake. tell your friends.

Made a online appointment request no call back to make appointment. Called a week later and made one. Took my wife's equinox to get semi annual and winter tires put on. Representative told me I needed to add on tired sensors quoted 81.00 per tire sensor Birchwood sells them for 37.00 wouldn't match price but came down to 54.00. Found out vehicle didn't even have sensor option. Why are you trying to sell them to me? Waited Over 1.5 hrs to be picked up by shuttle service (I live 5 min away). Felt like I they were trying to take advantage of me and over charge. Will not go back and will drive the 30 min to Birchwood Chevy instead of the 5 min to Murray Chevy. My wife had bought her vehicle there and serviced it there since 2011 I wonder what else we have been overcharged for in that time??? Extremely disappointed!

everyone I've dealt with at Murray's has been a genuinely awesome person. love the shuttles and the quick service and they really care, it's like dealing with friends, and their creativity brings a smile to my face in terms of the campaigns too haha. this is exactly how a dealership should be.
