getting new winter tires on my new Chevy Trax was easy and painless through Ontario Motor Sales Service department. They talked to me on the phone about the tires i needed, gave me the bottom line price,picked up my vehicle, did the job and all was great!

VEHICLE WAS IN FOR MAINTENCE BEFORE A TRIP TO FLORIDA AND AT THE SAME TIME A PENDING RECALL WAS ALSO COMPLETED. THIS PROVIDES A SECURE FEELING ON A LONG TRIP.

John was right on top of everything He showed me the waiting room and told me to help my self to the coffee etc. He kept me informed of how the technicians were doing. He came and got me and said the car will be waiting for you. I paid the bill walked out to the driveway and technician drove up and said everything was good and the car was even washed. I got in and drove off. Great job John
