Jonker Honda

From start to finish, I was very happy with the service I received from Rael and Linda. I had been car shopping for a few months and was treated with condescension almost everywhere I went (KIA being the exception). I saved Honda for last as I had a feeling once I drove a Honda, it would be game over. I was looking to trade in my Honda FIT for a newer model or something comparable; I didn't find what I was looking for at the other dealers (service and performance) so I finally made my way over to Jonker Honda. As soon as I put the key in the ignition, I knew what my decision would be. Rael was informative without being pushy and threw in some extra perks so solidify the deal. Linda dealt with the finance part of the deal and was very knowledgeable, patient, and, most of all, personable. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Rael or Jonker Honda and look forward to the same great service when it comes time for maintenance on my new vehicle.

I’m getting ready for a road trip north. I will be spanning seasons. I wanted to be sure that my car would be ready for a winter return. All the fluids were topped up and advice given as to when to get winter road worthy tires. I feel ready to make the trip & have been informed about purchasing tires. Taking care of my car is not a job I want, so I’m thankful for Honda.

They did a great job of vacuuming my car, the only thing I wasn't all that impressed about how long the oil change took. I Arrived a few minutes before my 1030 apt and I wasn't out the door until approximately 120 or so. Friendly staff there
