This has been by far the best dealership we have dealt with. Our sales associate was friendly, helpful and informative helping us choose the right car to suite our needs. Working in the auto industry, we are impressed with the quality of vehicle & service received.

Although I have not had my new CRV serviced I can speak from past experience at Brantford Honda. The staff were always friendly, reviewed the service that I was having done and always paid attention to any concerns I had.

I have driven a Honda Accord now for over 9 years, and this by far has been the best, and most importantly, the most reliable car I have ever owned. (I have owned or co-owned about 15 vehicles and rented many more.) I am also impressed with Brantford Honda as they treat me as a friend who they wish to keep as a client. Hence, I just bought my second Honda vehicle here. Continuing service is important, perhaps in the long run as important as choosing the right vehicle in the first place. I am confident that the folks at Brantford Honda have provided me with a great car, and will continue to service it to the standards I have come to expect.

Today I just went In For an oil change and tire rotation, as always fast friendly and efficient service at this honda dealership! Today I was looked after by Adam McKinnon and like all the rest of the service advisors he was great! It is the people and the service that keeps me coming back to Brantford Honda, I always feel,like a valued customer! Thanks for providing such great service! Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer of Brantford Honda for over 14 years. In that time I have purchased and leased many vehicles from their dealership, I've even recommended my friends and family to ONLY buy vehicles from them. The sales staff always treat my family and I with the professionalism you would hope to receive from "premium brand" dealers. You can never go wrong buying a Honda, however when I wanted something different (2014 Scion FRS) I didn't want to get this vehicle from anyone else but the dealership I know and TRUST! One call to Scott McCulloch and he made my day! In a short amount of time he had my new car ready to go and I did everything through them without having to jump through hoops.
