Waited over 3 hours for license plates to be installed on my new truck so I could leave. I showed up 15 mins before the time that Georgian had scheduled that day. Didn't set up my XM radio or onstar service. Seemed like salesman was looking for the next sale and not finishing mine. Also, after having the truck protected with diamond coat finish, I found a Scratch and chip in drivers front fender. Why was I the one to point this out on the vehicle walk around??? This is not the first time I have bought a brand new vehicle, I received far superior service at a different dealership. It will take a lot for me to buy another $50,000+ vehicle for me or my wife here.

It was amazing how fast and effiecient Shaun put everything together. Then got everyone else going on getting use out of there with a new truck.

I would like to thank Shaun very much for the time and kindness that he spent putting the deal together and getting things going for us. Shaun is a super good sales person. We had a very good experience with Shaun and the rest of the people that got involved. We would diffently come Barrie to do our business again. When we buy again that's where we are going.

We bought a 2013 Buick Enclave from Bob this August. Was a great experience and a very simple sale. I think we paid a fair price for a great looking car. No pressure no games played.

Went there for an oil change because I bought my vehicle from there and received a 15 dollar gift card. They said they'd let me know if they had the filter and how much it was. Went ahead and changed it anyway, and for a basic oil change charged me 80 bucks! I normally get it done at Mr lube, and it's 50, taxes in!! Not happy.

I purchased a new truck from Bob as I have several times in the past. Even though it's been almost 8 years since my last purchase Bob remembered what I needed, why I needed it and got down to business. I don't have a lot of spare time and I knew Bob would get me in and out and get me exactly what I asked for. Every transaction I've had with Bob have been the same. No nonsense in and out and I'm on my way.

I walked in expecting to buy a used vehicle and like previous dealerships I visited was expecting to feel pressured into buying something I really didn't want. MArk changed my opinion of the entire purchasing experience and I never once felt like I was being 'sold' a vehicle. A truly exceptional sales person that treats you more like a friend then a client.

New Truck Purchase. Larry Moffat was very helpful in sourcing the vehicle I was looking for.( a unit that most dealers would not stock.). He went over and above what i would expect given how busy I know that he is .He was quick and very thorough His informal no pressure approach is what impressed me the most.This is the way I like to do business as it makes it more stress free.He was very easy to communicate with.I would recommend him to anyone that inquires me about a GM vehicle.
