had tires looked at along with an oil change. the staff had me in and out pretty quick and are always friendly and ask if I need anything. Always a pleasure to come to OMS!

Car check went well. Brake job went well. I had concerns about a very small rust spot on the trunk lid (as small rust spots turn into big rust spots). It was buffed and the service manager told me to put a little clear nail polish on the spot. I did not expect the entire trunk lid to be painted but I thought you could have put a little clear coat on the spot. I pointed out premature wear on the leather drivers seat. I was told it was natural wear. The car is still on full warranty and I did not buy a Cadillac to have the leather on the seat to wear off while it was on warranty. I live in Orillia and Paul Sadlon Motors is only 20 minutes drive. I chose to go to you for service a 1 and 1/2 hour drive firstly because I bought the car there and secondly because up to this point the service had been good (except when you said you rotated the tires and you didn't). Will probably return to you as the general experience was still good. The service advisory was very friendly and helpful.

Winter tires mounted along with allignment and vehicle inspection. Job well done despite the obviously busy day at the dealership. Car washed and staff friendly. Thanks.

I purchased new winter tires and rims and had them installed . The service was very professional and completed in a timely manner. I utilized the shuttle service which allowed me to maintain my schedule while my vehicle was serviced.

Didn't have many people around so I waited about 20 minutes to have my car entered. Also took 4 hours to have the ignition switch swapped out. End of the day, it was ok.

Issues with my vehicle were immediately addressed and repaired following a routine maintenance visit. Alternate transportation taken care of by either shuttle or a rental. No hassles, no waste of time. Excellent.
