Test drive answered my questions about the car ( how a lease works) 2nd test drive for 5 hours ( which made my decision alot easier ) answered more questions about gadgets and options the Accord has returned my messages promptly explained benefits of having service work done at Honda Followed up after purchase to see how i was enjoying the car and if i had any more questions has been a GREAT experience

I bought a new accord and I knew exactly what type and colour that I wanted. Chris was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. When you deal with brantford Honda you don't feel like just another customer. The entire team are friendly and efficient

Ellen was knowledgeable, patient, respectful and completely willing to help make our experience as straightforward as possible in buying our 2012 CRV - even when this occurred at just about closing time! Shayne was very knowledgable of all vehicles which I was looking at. He was very helpful, caring and understanding with the purchase of my vehicle. He didn't try and up sell me which was very appreciative as I am a single mother of a 4 year old and couldn't afford much. I will always come back to Honda and have told many of my friends and family to go there as well. I was very well taken care of and am very thankful.

We provided Brandon with some details of the type of vehicle we were looking for and he hit it and more. We were given options. Then we test drove to determine the most suitable vehicle for our needs. Prices and options were presented and we were left to our decision. I came to brantford honda and all I got was an awesome car, and this t shirt, no "IPad".
