Melody Ford is the best consumer experience that I have ever had. The sales crew is very honest and works hard to earn your sale. The service department is world class. Very highly trained and they treat customers with respect.

Melody motors sold us a used vehicle with preexisting issues without disclosing prior to purchase and afterwards told us it was a done deal. Took us 3 months to get the issue fixed after it was "repaired", issue proceeded. After finally getting refunded, the staff of Deham Ford Cranbrook went above and beyond to show true quality service!

I could've never imagined my first experience buying a vehicle being as great as this was! EVERY single person that works here is so genuine and made me feel so comfortable. I need to especially thank Tamara Krik for doing absolutely everything possible to make all this happen for me I will now forever purchase a Ford now and only from Mellody! And of course I have to give a huge thanks to Brent Caldwell for being the real reason I even decided to walk through those front doors. I absolutely love my truck and look forward to my next upgrade
