“I had an excellent experience at Bank Street Mazda! Adam Singer, my salesperson, was friendly and helpful from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The finance manager, Sully, was also fantastic—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The service was excellent, all of the staff were kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their products. We had a great experience and after visiting two other dealerships, decided Bank Street Mazda is where we wanted to buy our next car. Not recommended. I went there on Saturday to purchase a new car, management is snobby and they always want to compare themselves to Lexus lol what a joke. Not trustworthy, tried to sell me a different car that they had more in stock without any discounts. Save your time and shop somewhere else. … updating this after reading the next review, the marketing team at this place is just as bad as the management lol someone gave them a good review and they replied calling themselves bank st Mitsubishi instead of Mazda hahaha
