Great service they got us in right away and were able to disconnect the radio screen in our truck that was ghost dialing 911 on our way to kingston. They have ordered a new part for us and we plan to drive back io to have them install. Thanks for the great service !

I am so beyond pleased with my experience and service given to me at Jim Thompsons! I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and Tony to get me the nicest little 2024 Hyundai Kona. Tony went above and beyond to help me with finance and Jeremy made sure I was comfy cozy in my new car, thanks again guys! 5 stars for sure :)

Great service as always from Jim Thomson. Had a light come on in my RAM 1500 and that brought the truck in immediately and had it returned to me within two hours, all done on short notice. The service department has always gone above and beyond and exceeded expectations.
