My vehicle was experiencing a transmission fault warning light and I was concerned that I might be looking at a significant repair. The service advisors and the technician determined that the vehicle was subject to a recall notice that required re flashing the Transmission Control Module along with some other work. The recall service was performed, the vehicle is now working properly, and I was presented with a zero balance bill. I did not expect that, and was very pleasantly surprised. Kudos to the dealership and the entire service department for exceptional customer service and standing by their product.

Jordan was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right car within my budget. He offered great advice without any pressure and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated how he worked around my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
