STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! They made my friend pay a deposit for a car, after paying they firmly refused to let her see the contract. How fishy is that?! When she asked her deposit back because she found them not truth worthy. They rejected and hanged up on her, threatening her they were fearless for any legal authority. Court does nothing to them. What a dirty business! They totally took advantage of my friend being a colored woman who has zero experience in car buying. We have filed a formal compliant to OMVIC and are seeking help from legal attorney. Don’t put yourself in her position. RUN! Scumbag stealerships like this should never be in the market!

⚠️Caution: Avoid Bank Street Mazda AT ALL COST⚠️ My Bank Street Mazda ordeal: Paid a $500 deposit, but when I asked to review the contract, they flatly refused! 🤷♂️ Red flag alert! To make matters worse, when I decided against the purchase, they not only held onto my deposit but threated me they're immune to any controlling agency! 🚫They stay Above the law? Unbelievable! Buyers, beware of this shady business! Don't risk your hard-earned money where transparency takes a back seat. Explore other dealerships that respect your rights and play by the rules. 🛑💔 One thing to be mentioned, during the test drive, Salesman made an inappropriate common about my physic appearance, which reflects their values on colored women.

Car salesmen Charles was slimy as hell, and a sales manager refused to speak to me after I requested one, and instead brought a finance manager to negotiate. Wouldn’t do business with a place that refuses to work with potential buyers… Get it together Mazda

Highly recommend speaking to Haris if you are looking to buy or sell a car at this dealership. Haris was such a nice person to deal with, he was honest and transparent with all the fees and costs. I came down from Quebec to sell the car here, it was super easy and smooth! If I am ever in the market to buy a car I will definitely come speak with Haris and highly recommend you see him too!

Like the car, not so keen on the customer service. Called to inform the service department that they had scratched my rear bumber during a routine oil change & inspection (these things happen). I was more annoyed with whomever answered the phone that immediately denied any wrongdoing before even having the time to explain or even ask who I was. Very rude and unprofessional.
