Very slow service and a sales department that's not ready to make deals. This dealership has been added to my blacklist for buying a car and the vehicle service is border line to getting my blacklist. No loaner cars are ever available as well which is a first for me. Every other dealership I have been to offers loaners. The only reason for the 2 star is because the staff seems happy hopping around singing and dancing.

Brought my vehicle for warranty hood replacement. They were fantastic, so polite and courteous in helping us out. Love the new owner! My Dad even bought a new Dodge Ram. Terrific deal .. he loves the truck. We get all our service done here now! Thank you for a great experience.

Edit: One star now. Only this dealership would think that a leaking radiator could trigger the MIL and give an error code for evap system. The systems aren't even connected. Fixed the radiator, ignored evap system error that is now still not fixed after three visits. Wow. Just wow. Edit: Dropped to two stars overnight. I just got into my husband's car and saw the oil change sticker they put in after his oil change. 5000km... The manual says 16000km/1yr, or when the message pops up, whichever comes first. So, they clearly either prey on people who don't know much about cars, or they think thet know more about the engine than the people who built it. Absolutely unethical to recommend a different schedule without explaining it to the customer or providing some form of substantive evidence. My next call is to Chrysler customer service. Original review: I'm a tough customer because I know enough to see through the usual up sell recommendations. I went in to have my oil changed and at the same time I needed them to check my tie rods. Since the car was up already, they didn't charge me to look at the tie rods. When I came back to have the tie rods replaced I asked for the tires to be rotated. They discounted it by 50% because the front tires were coming off already. These were only small discounts, but over time this kind of customer service can really add up. Overall I'm pleased with the service received.

Service department does not listen to customer concerns, they do not return a call when a vehicle is ready or even return calls when they specifically say they will call by end of day . I was lied to all week about getting a call back. It wasn’t just once. I was a service advisor I know the struggles behind the counter. If I told a customer I was going to call back And I didn’t that day , i will make sure they got a call back the moment I return to the desk in the morning. The last my car was in service , it stayed parked 2 days ready in the lot and they “said” We called you. My trust in this dealership has been wiped away, as well as spending 900$ for them to not listen to my concern and do what they please change the same thing over and over. Hence the reason for this very low rating and big frustration , is the call back I never get.
