Had a 1pm appointment to see a Ram 1500. We had been assured by a representative over the phone that morning the vehicle would be there on the lot in Kingston. We drove one hour from our home to Gardner Rd. Kingston only to find the truck wasn't there but in Carleton Place on a Carloft lot. Very disappointed with this dealership. Very poor explanation for their poor planning and communications. Their second phone call came after we had already left our house for their poorly run dealership. We definitely won't be back. Lost a customer and a possible sale.

Clean showroom, friendly staff. Very large selection of vehicles across multiple dealerships. They offer military discount, but only to new vehicles. No discount on used vehicles.

Frustrated with this dealership! We live 4.5 hrs away and made a appointment to view 2 vehicles 24 hrs in advance due to Covid protocols. We left bright and early to be there for our 10:00 am appointment only to receive a phone call 1 hr before arriving telling us the trucks were no longer on the lot, that they had been moved the evening before to Cornwall! What a absolute waist of a day! Thanks to all staff at Thompson Chrysler!
