The salesperson was very helpful. Answered every question. Sent pictures and videos as requested. Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. Love the car. Love their selection of cars. The entire experience was a pleasure. I will be back the next time I’m in the market. Thanks!

We were interested in buying a car from this dealership as per an ad on Marketplace. The used car posted had very little information, no pricing and trying to get answers from them on two occasions was to no avail. I guess they want people to buy elsewhere.. Not buying anything from them now. I understand why their reviews are on a decline now! I will not connect with their customer service simply because they probably won't answer.

Think twice before you put a deposit on a vehicle at this dealership unless you are 110% sure you are going to actually buy it. They will gladly swipe your credit card and I was assured that I would get the deposit back if I decided to not proceed with the purchase. However, they don't tell you that it'll take a couple of weeks and several phone calls to get your deposit back. They claim they cannot put it back on your card because that is "their procedure". The day I advised them that we were not proceeding with the purchase I was advised that a cheque would be drafted that day and sent out by mail. A week and a half later, and no cheque, and after several calls, most of which were never returned, I was told that the cheque had not even been issued. They said they would issue it and send it out, and when I said that I preferred to pick it up myself, I was again told that they don't do that. At this point I had no trust left and had to insist quite firmly that I would pick it up, and they finally relented. So 2 weeks and a lot of trouble to get my $500 back when they could have just put it back on my card. Now that is customer dis-service. Their mission statement should be -" We are not happy until the customer is not happy" !!!! I would have given 0 stars had that been an option.
