The one star would be for Jared Yahnke. The only reason I went to this body shop a second time as my first experience was so horrendous I swore I would never go back. Well stupid me, I went back and by far my worst customer experience yet. We live out of town and they called to ask me to drop the car off as my parts were in, what they failed to do was check the parts first as a day later they called me to tell me the parts were damaged. So I wasted my time and gas dropping off the car due to their negligence. Guess what happened next? They call me 3 weeks later to tell me my parts were in, I asked to check to make sure they weren’t damaged. I was hold for over 10 minutes and I was at work so I hung up, 5 days later they still hadn’t call me back, then I talked to the girl dealing with my claim and she was ignorant and when I asked why they didn’t call me back, she advised the manager told her not to. First class. I told her you can send my parts back I will go somewhere that’s not incompetent. She just said “ok” and hung up. Classy place. I wouldn’t take my car there if they were the only dealership in Regina. Nor will I buy another vehicle from Wheatons. I started out at Taylor Group and I should have stuck with it.

This happened 2 years ago about now but I traded in a vehicle brand new truck for a used car because the payments on truck were abit pricey. they told me the truck would’ve been bought in full from me for my trade in .They also told me the car had new brakes and was working properly and had no problems , took it for a test drive it was fine . Signed the papers , I than realize that they low balled me on my truck almost 14,000$ negative equity now owing on this car . I immediately phone to ask about this and getting my truck back they tell me the trucks already pending sale a day after I got the car . I than drive the car and it slowly starts falling apart and the brakes definitely don’t feel brand new and the shocks are horrible car sometimes turns off randomly. I told them about the stuff happening to the car after wards and they basically told me to go screw myself . They also never told me the accidents it has been in . This has screwed me over financially big time never dealing with them again . Might make a call to consumer affairs office and make a complaint.

It was a great experience. I went to a different dealership for my very first oil change and then had to go back a month later for 12,000km check up. Asked why I got oil done now and then not even month later spend $130 on service I didn’t really need. Told the gentleman at Wheaton I was looking to move somewhere that can help with my questions. The guy was great. Explained that I don’t need to do both as I need an oil change every 2-3 months that I can do those other checks every other time. I like honest ppl when dealing with customers. Especially when I do not know the answer. Made me switch to Wheaton. Love that it’s family owned and they still care about their customers. I keep going back because of the service I receive. I needed some warranty work done. They set me up a rental that was simple to pick up and drop off. When picking up my suv I noticed they washed it up for me. Beyond regular service.
