I have had a problem with oil consumption and a rattle with starting my 2011 Terrain since I purchased it four years ago. I have taken it in for service for this problem many times over the four years, first with Cowan and then OMS. I appreciate Travis as when he checked my oil he seen there was nothing showing on the dip stick and booked it for service and so far I have not been low on oil. When leaving my truck over night at Cowan for a cold start they could never duplicate the rattle noise so I took it to OMS and left it for a day here and there but it still did not rattle for the staff on start up. Travis asked me to leave it for a day a few weeks ago and called me to say they did hear the rattle that I was talking about. He called me to book it in for service next week. Before Travis called me I had considered trading it in as I did not feel anyone believed there was ever a noise. I would love if the problem could be fixed so I can gain back my confidence in purchasing a GM vehicle again.

John was filling in for Dave Caruana who was on holidays. I came early as I wanted to drop the car off and leave it for them to service. apparently the dealership was quite busy that day but John still welcomed in a happy manner and even arranged for my pickup when the job was done. He made enjoy being a customer of Ontario Motor Sales. You can kid around with them and feel their crazy enthusiasm. Roy vanderkwaak

9 a.m. appt for tire change, received car back at 5:30 p.m.

What good is an a.m. appointment when tires (to be changed) aren't even on site. My daughter had a 5 p.m. interview appointment in Toronto and the car wasn't ready for her. Very disappointing when you schedule the appointment the week before, deliver the car at 9 a.m., have to make several calls to find out status and only receive the car at dinner time. From my perspective, it shouldn't take 8 hours to have one's tires changed/balanced.

It takes a great stagfto grow a good and reliable company. Even when I can not drop off my car. Someone is available out of their time to pick up and drop off and work hard been done. At the end of it all THANKS to all of you.
