Their truck centre has to be filled with the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever seen. The receptionist refuses to admit mistakes even after being clearly outed by the government of Ontario. If you have a motorhome, avoid the truck center like the plague. Sad that Barrie Ford doesn't service motorhomes (the service there is second to none).

Went to book an appointment to get a recall fixed. I waited10 mins after being told to speak to the guys in blue . They were talking with each other and looked like I didnt matter. I will take by business elsewhere. Im also considering changing my car and guess who will not get my business!!!!!!

After months of decision I decided to go with Georgian Chevrolet to get my first car. I must say the staff there is amazing, and they'll do anything to set you up with the car you need rather than the car you might think you want, right down to the colour!! c: couldn't be happier.
