I was going on a road trip in the U.S. and had my Blazer check for any possible problem. Since I always bring my truck to John he was able to check the history on my vehicle. They gave us a good starting point and my vehicle performed well on our vacation. Jimmy

My brakes died- soft pedal- Crawford and the techs made sure I knew what was going on with my car and did everything in their power to make things as easy for me. One tech showed me what was going on and why it was in fixable. Due to the brakes not being able to be fixed the car was written off. Tammy in the shop helped me dispose of it and all together was a positive experience from a negative situation.

I had never been to the dealership before and Laurie helped me through each step. She was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to your business.

After Finding the per vehicle for my wife's surprise birthday gift and being quite excited , I booked 2 days in advance a test drive. they requested nothing from, no deposit or anything. upon arrival after my 45 min drive, it was nice to see the vehicle, going inside, the sales guy went to get the keys only to be told that it was getting sold as we spoke to someone else. of course there is always another sales guy around to say the wrong thing, "Oh why not take the other one", which is three times the price of course, not what was needed at that point. Anyway maybe some Co-ordination and Communication may help other want to be buyers Not be disappointed at Leggat GMC Burlington. Poor Poor Poor. Oh to be fair he did say sorry, which of course covers the Gas and my time.......

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have contacted the customer to explain what happened on this Pre-Owned car sale. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have another vehicle like this on the lot but the customer has agreed to let us try and locate him a similar vehicle before his wife's birthday.

I am honestly so disappointed with the work I revcieved at Leggat Chevrolet in Burlington, Ontario. I brought my truck in for stalling and I had already had it looked at by two mechanics in Hamilton and we replaced the crankshaft sensor and ignition switch prior to bringing it to them which did not fix the vehicle. I then took it to dealership which charged me three hours of diagnosing before they decided to plug and play with the vehicle. I first suggested that the bcm and anti theft was the issue also suggested by other mechanics. They said that they tested the anti theft and that was not the issue. They proceeded to tell me that it was the ecm so I bought a used part and took time off work to get it to them because they wanted $900 for a new one. It turned out this was not the issue but I was still charged for installation. Then I was told it was the bcm ( which I suggested in the first place) so gave authorization for installing of this part and promised I would pay but only if it fixed the issue. but it did not fix the issue and I was still charged. After this point I had given no authorization for any additional parts or hours on truck but was promised it would be fixed without any additional cost. When the truck was finally fixed I was somehow charged for an additional crankshaft sensor even though I just put a new one in and did not authorize this. They said I was stuck with the payment because I had a brand new aftermarket sensor put in but they wanted to try a oem part. I feel I should not have to suffer because the shop did not know the true issue of the vehicle and I am charged with their trial and error. I paid for a crank sensor that I didn't need plus the installation fees And then I paid for a bcm that who knows whether I needed or not but they used 2 so they had for one at least hit me with one of them. Lastly They decided to replace all the ground connections and bam! The truck is fixed. Odd how they used the cheapest method last so now the the truck is runnin but it looks like an idiot wired it, the engine bay looks like a rats nest and when I called to complain they said they could have made it look original but " it would have taken longer". It is far from original or what I would expect from someone I'm paying 125 an hour to do. I cannot believe I payed 1100 for this work. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I have always loved gm trucks as far as I'm concerned gm has no regard for their customers.

We needed to get the factory involved in this repair because of all the aftermarket and third party equipment and repairs that had been completed on the truck somewhere else, which had not fixed the problem. The factory instructed us to follow a certain procedure, which involves a process of illumination of repairs parts and parts replacement. Hence the sensor and module replacements. In the end is was a faulty ground wire we found to be the problem and finally corrected the original issue. We feel that we have been more than fair with this customer in terms of pricing of parts and labour.

Kevin was patient and did not pressure us in making a decision on buying a used vehicle. Allowed us to take a car for a good test to Milton which allowed us to really experience the cars handling and how it would look parked on our drive-way...SOLD! Looking forward to future great experiences with Leggat. Tony and Lorrie Ferrante
