Door handle and related hardware replaced. something I would not be comfortable doing .Required parts were ordered and available at time of appointment.

2017 Buick Lacrosse seat rail seized and parts were ordered. Although it took almost a week to get the parts from GM USA it was repaired same day Lindsay Buick received the parts and they supplied a car for my use while mine was in their shop. Shannon my service advisor went above and beyond to assist me with this issue. Thanks again Shannon and Kyle (Service Technician).

We were invoiced for items that appear to be GMC tail light part flaws The service adviser is never at her phone and you have to call multiple times to get a response. Last time I had to contact her boss to get a call back.
