Robert was very polite and personable. He listened to what we had to say in terms of what we wanted and were looking for. Robert was never pushy or assertive, he answered all questions promptly and was knowledgable about his craft. With out question we would be happy to deal with Robert in the future.

Sales,service,courtesy all great in every respect. The people at Seaway couldn't be more helpful. Adding words to reach your 20 word minimum is superfluous .

When price was discussed said he had to add $200.00 because of the U.S. exchange. Other dealers did not do that it is just a money grab, very unprofessional. Tried to get more from us after the truck was paid for and deliver, by call us and asking for $500.00 more because we did not give him our winter tires, which we said from the start would not be part of the deal, very unprofessional. When delivering the truck and explaining to us all the features, he was more interested in the customers that were in the yard looking at cars then sending the time needed to go over the truck, very unprofessional. Only reason we bought there was because they had the truck we liked. All our service will be done a ROY's Green Valley, there the BEST! Gerry

Overall experience was ok, felt like I wasn't in control, felt left out of what was going on. Felt like I was just another person buying a vehicle. Staff were polite. Easy to work with.
