Not warrantied as stated Recently purchased 2 new generators from Honda on Hanwell at a combined price close to $8000. One worked very poorly so upon speaking with the salesman that I purchased them through was informed that it was under warranty and to bring it in no problem. When it was fixed and I went to pick it up I was served with a $125 bill for replacing the spark plug. No warranty coverage as previously mentioned. I protested but to no avail. No movement whatsoever for $125 spark plug on a nearly $8000 purchase. I won’t be back

We are from Moncton. Me and my wife were looking to buy Honda CRV. During our attempt to get a deal from local dealer unfortunately it did not go well due to the well known gimmicks of dealers. However, when we contacted Riverview Honda, they treated us really well. Though their quote did not give us any chance for negotiating the MSRP, but the fairness in explaining and respecting the rights of a customer to choose additional things as per our wish but not pressurizing anything. I think the management definitely has some good policies and these guys are good humans I should say. We felt like home while we were there in the office. Thanks to the sales person Jason and others who helped us thru the whole process of buying.

My most recent bill was almost twice the estimate. Over the last two years, the quality of service has declined to the point that I’m considering not buying a Honda - after having 4 over the last 30+ years.
