All four tires were leaking air. I'd brought my car in to have the rims cleaned and within a couple of days one tire was leaking again. Apparently it was leaking at the valve and this was replaced at no charge.

My most recent experience involved an engine light activation. I showed up without an appointment as it came on without warning. John called to advise details shortly thereafter, repaired accordingly, picked me back up at my office and I had my car back, cleaned, by the end of the business day. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Accommodated me for oil change immediately same day. Advised me of details of my service as they became available. Got a ride for my son to Karate while we were there, as I misjudged timing. A+! :)

The worst and most unprofessional ever

I have already written what went wrong several times and am tired of repeating myself over and over. Oil change appt was over an hour late in spite of them being told of my deadline. Annual rustproofing examination was a total sham and we had driven there from an hour away because we were told it has to be done there
