This was the second vehicle I had repaired at crown! And yet again they delivered with an amazingly fast repair of my new CRV! Repair record missing

I was there for recall on airbag for my 2011 Honda CRV. I couldn’t find any paperwork which can explain me what was done on my car. Now I am not even sure if airbag was replaced or not, because I don’t have any records.

I came to Winnipeg Honda looking to lease a car and stay within my budget. The staff were able to give me a better deal than a competing dealership and were able to answer any questions I had. I did not feel any pressure or recieve any unwanted emails or text messages

Thanks. I dropped off my car the night before, which worked well for me. Picked up at an appropriate time the next afternoon, about 1-2hrs after I had requested, but it was not a problem.

Dream Car

About month ago, in the middle of a terrible Winnipeg winter , I found myself in a predicament that everyone in this city would do anything to avoid. I was driving an unreliable vehicle that would constantly break down on me. It would happen in the most inconvenient place's, at the worst times and during one of the most treacherous winter's in years. After several attempts of trying to fix the vehicle at a local dealership, off of Waverley, I decided to finally cut my losses and go a whole different direction. I decided to walk into Winnipeg Honda, and in turn, everything changed... !! I was accompanied by a family member, who asked to speak with a senior sales person who had the expertise and experience in order to help with resolving my current situation. Someone who could assist in the trading of my current vehicle and more importantly the purchase of a new vehicle. That's when we both were introduced to Dustin Davie. Dustin, took the time that afternoon to listen to our situation, provide us options, make suggestions and answer any questions we had. There was no pressure on us for time, and or with what we wanted to spend.This made the decision making process, that much easier. We took the oppurtunity to test drive a 2019 CRV, which had everything one could want in a new car. Dustin, explained clearly and thoroughly everything the car had to offer, but on the return to the lot we stubbled across something else that caught our eye. A new 2019 HRV Sport. Dustin, quickly and with no hesitation explained what the sport had to offer, and what they had available in stock. The HRV , was the perfect fit for me. It had the style, size, performance, look and comfort, yet with all the bell's and whistles I was looking for. From there on, it was a smooth and cordial transaction, that gave me the overwhelming feeling I made the right decission. Something I was far from feeling, with the last vehicle I purchased. It could'nt have been more perfect for me. Special thank's to Wade Wasmuth, for his assistance with the financials and Swapnil Aman, for his patience in explaining the intricacies of the HRV Sport. All and all, great experience for me and my family. Just the relief knowing I'm in a great looking, very responsive and most of all, reliable new car. It's been a blast cruising around town in these fresh set of wheels !! Thank's again Dustin.
