The staff were very respectful. They handled everything for us including the financing. As we also did the extended warranties etc., they explained everything to us and encouraged us to ask questions. We would definitely go back to them again.

I needed another car and wanted another Impala. I sent my daughter and son in law to have a look for one. They told him I was to old to be running around to look, and told him what I wanted and the price I could afford. He gave them information on one and the price fit my budget, as I wanted to pay cash. He called me to tell me that they had to do a repair on the vehicle, as there was something that had not been seen.I had paid up front, but was not charged for the fixing of the problem. On getting it ready to come to me, Wayne said it would be a couple of days to get it ready and then undercoated as per my instruction. Wayne kept in touch and let me know what was going on, and when it would be brought to me. He phoned and asked if it was okay to deliver and he brought it himself. He looked after everything I needed to be done. Thank you, Wayne..
