Beyond happy and thrilled with our new 2021 Toyota Rav 4! Ryan Stroud was our salesman and we couldn't be more happy with his services. He was kind, energetic, in depth knowledge, great sense of humor and an overall freshness to his positivity. He answered all our questions plus more and made us feel secure that we were making the right decision. If I were to purchase another vehicle in the future I would definitely go back to Brantford Honda. I highly highly Highly recommend Ryan as your go to guy and Krista Pikula for your financing . Between the 2 of them they made a great team and both deserve recognition and a raise. Thank you so much to you both for everything and for bringing our household much joy with our new car.

This dealership is full of scammers. Just tried to purchase a vehicle and dealt with arrogant people and frankly just rude people. They screwed my credit over by running it through high interest financing firms. Thanks to Rob Huckley getting approved will be much tougher now. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

James Wright is an excellent sales specialist but the Finance manager named Stephanie was rude and racist. Upon finalizing the vehicle, she said she wouldn't sell it to me and can leave. Never going back to honda brantford again.

Professional service, fast service, they know what to do. What an amazing service and customer service I got today, especially the Service Advisor: Trevor Rogowski, he is a very nice, kind, and professional person, I really appreciate him. Brantford Honda is my first choice.
