I took my truck to Wellington Motors for a check engine light and turned out to be a crack in the catalytic converter and was covered under warranty. The service staff at Wellington motors was very friendly and helpful. Service was quick and easy to setup and got my truck back the same day. Thanks for such a great experience, can't say the same for other dealers.

Was falsely charged 150.00$ for an alignment when I did not request any alignment as I had one done a week earlier, followed up and was told there was no evidence of what I was saying & hung up on me. Such a small situation and was handled terribly, can’t imagine how they handle larger issues. Stay clear if this place.

Griffin, we have the recorded call of the customer requesting service. Our advisor confirmed on the phone with the customer the A1 service as requested by the customer. That included and oil change, peace of mind inspection and alignment. The customer twice in the call confirmed the service. We also confirmed the service with the fellow that brought the vehicle in and he also confirmed. The owner of the car indicated he called again, but all calls are recorded and there are no other calls from this customer confirmed by our onsite BDC team. Our service manager spoke to the customer personally and DID NOT HANG UP ON HIM.
