Mr. Gill took the time to find the truck we were looking for; gave us great trade-in value for our older truck and gave us a couple of 'extras' to seal the deal. Courteous and knowledgeable and charming.

Work that was supposed to be done before we picked up the car was not. When mentioned two months later, yes yes we will get it done - it has now been six months from inital buying and nothing.

The work that needed to be done was explained. A recall also needed tobe completed and due to the extra time that was going to take they offered up a courtesy vehicle, however that was not required because the job was finished quicker then expected. Very efficient

It's always a pleasure dealing with Warren when purchasing a car. (This is our 4th or 5th). No pressure and we have all the time we need to make a good decision. Warren was so helpful while test driving different cars, even in -20 temp and a foot of fresh snow. Tks Warren we are enjoying our new Yukon very much.

There was no pressure when I was looking at my car. I was able to take an extended test run. We were able to negotiate and come up with a price that worked within my budget. Finances were also very quick to be processed and extremely helpful in sharing information to make an informed decision. I was very pleased with my purchasing experience.
