My husband and I went to St. Albert Dodge 8 weeks ago to look at trucks. We were greeted by a sales rep (Brent) and were shown a variety of trucks, we choose the Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel. Very Happy we did, 8 weeks in and we are 1000km away from the first oil change..... Yes we drive a lot....Love It. Sherry

This has to be the worst experience I've had with a dealership. They have no consideration for there costumer. Me and my girl have spent over 70k on vehicles there and I get better customer service from a fast food restaurant chain. We have constantly been told they call us back and no one has, we've spent countless hours phoning and get no help. Dodge is a great brand but this dealship has to be the worst in the Alberta area. If your considering buying a dodge, jeep, or Chrysler I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Hey Everyone! Wanted to talk about one of (several) recent positive experiences I have had dealing with Daylan vanHees and St. Albert Dodge. Daylan is absolutley fantasic to deal with before, during, and after a sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles off of him over the years; from a Laramie Diesel 2500 to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Daylan has always been helpful, polite, and straight forward to deal with. Makes going there a fun time. I would recommend Daylan and St. Albert Dodge to all my friends and family. I was in the Edmonton area after the evacuation from Fort McMurray and after some vehicle issues, I decided to head to St. Albert Dodge to shop for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was put in touch with Brent, who was more then accommodating and helpful during a tough situation and even now as he has called multiple times to ensure I am happy with my purchase. He was incredibly helpful in finding me the vehicle that I love & I highly suggest checking them out and getting a hold of Brent to assist you!

I just bought a brand new Jeep they couldn't have made it easier. I was in and out in less than 1 hour, and picked up the Jeep the next morning. Mark and Klint made it easy and enjoyable. Nice job guys. Alan W.

Very happy with the new management I have serviced my jeep here after bad experiences at another dealership. They have been quick, courteous, and resourceful. I just traded in my jeep for a new one, and Shannon gave the same service I have come to expect. Very rarely do I leave ratings but I find ppl only post if it's negative, and credit is due for a job well done
