Mark knows the vehicles well, and although I came in know exactly what I wanted, he was still able to guide me into the correct vehicle for me. When this lease expires, I can see no reason why I would not return to him again for my next vehicles.

I have special needs and I felt he was respectful of those needs, Mark & Rehanna understood me as a customer my wants, desires and creature comfort expectations, His knowledge of the product line and its accessories supporting each model where presented in a comfortable non intrusive fashion but was informative and helpful. He took personal time to decommission my trade in vehicle and fought diligently to acquire the $$ value I insisted upon. I provided him with the collaborative materials to support my trade value valuation and he championed like he was purchasing the vehicle himself. From the initial exploratory visit to the actual buy and than the pickup of the vehicle I felt special and that he valued my business and my time. He has set the bar very high for his fellow team members and the surrounding dealership.
