I love Hyundai. I own a Tucson and I love the car. I have no regreats whatsoever about my purchase decision. However, I feel that Experience Hyundai's service people are very rude and unfriendly. Not the salespeople. This morning, I went in to have the recall done but Hyundai told me that the appointment is now in November. This is the 5th time the appointment was posponded. I was very upset. I don't usually like to point out names but Jamie from Hyundai is downright rude and not friendly at all. I have no problem buying Hyundai again but if they maintain this level of customer service I might seriously reconsider my thoughts.
