I came in because of a break issue. Joe was very informative and had the mechanic there to evaluate the situation which I found helpful. I found joe to be friendly and informative.

My overall experience was positive. I found my sales representative, John Hyman, to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He possessed a can do attitude when asked to accommodate my requests for different options on the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I locked my keys in the car one day and you guys rescued me so I could get to my meeting, which I ended up making on time by the way. Like I said, above and beyond. Given my recent experience with the sales department, the service department is why I'm still loyal to Roadsport Chrysler, otherwise you'd probably never have seen us again!

On our 25th wedding anniversary we went into Roadsport window shopping, we came outwith a brand new car.

My husband I went for a drive on our 25th anniversary looking to purchase a silver car for our silver anniversary, Khyber showed us what was available within our budget,call it great timing the Dodge Journey had just come in as a trade in, Khyber showed it to us and we loved it, we went out to dinner and returned that same evening and purchased the car, picked it up the next day.

The visit was to fix a tire and complete some factory recall work. As comfortable as the waiting room was I would have appreciated better communication regarding the length of the work being done.
