The phone in experience was abosulutely terrible. When I spoke with a manger I got great service and I received fantastic service from the gentleman in service.

Polite, completed the work in the time allotted and then called us that the vehicle was ready for pickup. This was an initial service for a new vehicle. Oil, lube filter and complete check of vehicle.

The person handling my appointment was good. However each time we have had our car in for service with you there has been a problem on your end. The car slipped off the lift the first time the car was in and the winter/summer tires have not been ready for the appointment each time we have them swapped, causing delays with pick up. We cannot say we are overly happy with the service we have received so far in the year and a half we have had the car.

Everything is good. The staff and workers. Had to come for service like every month because of the car being old. But overall Honda is good
