The service department is extremely efficient and quick! But the Representatives in the finance office are very curt, almost rude! In a world where customer relationships are the backbone of any business entity, there is clearly a lack of understanding of how to treat customers right at this place. Here the attitude is more on the lines of ‘I don’t care about you or your needs, I just want to finish this job with least botheration to myself’. My recent experience was very disappointing and heartbreaking. At a company of this stature one expects the employees to be more courteous and warm, at minimum. Even if I was considering buying from them again, now I definitely wouldn’t, not at this location at least.

I bought a used 2012 civic back in 2016. The salesman wasn’t overly friendly. I needed a car that day so I didn’t ask many questions, but the financing lady was pleasant and worked to get me through that day. She’s the reason I was even remotely satisfied and the reason for two stars. I was informed there was an accident on record, but that it was likely just a bumper. Like I said, my mistake was needing a car that day. When I went to leave, the car wouldn’t start and they had to jump start it. That should have been my clue to run. It always ran a little rough, no issue they said, but a few weeks later the battery died all together. I managed to get them to replace the battery free of charge, but was told they would only do it if I purchased a transmission flush...which given that it was a “certified” used car, I would have thought it would have been done during its inspection. Not wanting an argument, I agreed, but during the time I owned the car, I never returned to the dealership due to the frustration I had felt through the whole thing. I even had my plate frames changed at my local dealership because I didn’t want any reminder. Now, it’s been almost three years. Rattle always continued despite various small issues being fixed under warranty at another dealer, and I always felt as though I got ripped off. I needed something bigger. I reluctantly went to a different Honda dealership where I was immediately taken seriously and treated way better than I thought possible. I’m now the owner of another used car with no accidents and no issues. Now, why do I mention this years after the fact? Because when I went to sell the car I was informed that the accident on record was way larger than ‘just a bumper’, and it ended up significantly impacting what I was able to sell the car for as I had to declare it to every potential seller. I never would have bought the car, for the price I did. I could’ve bought another car for the same price with no accidents. I ended up losing a ton of money for another persons crash. The car I bought from them was “certified used”, and as soon as the warranty/exchange period was up, I felt stuck with the car and its issues. Their lack of wanting to take accountability for the car they sold me, paired with leading me to believe it was a minor accident, is the reason I’ve never and will never go back. The car is now in the hands of a friend’s daughter as a good first car. I can’t speak for new car sales, but be cautious of buying a used car from this location
