My family and I were shopping for a 2015 Honda Pilot. We did our research prior to arrival and knew this was th car for our family. We had the pleasure of working with Jay. He was great from the start until the end. Jay did everything he could to get us the best vehicle for the price we had in budget. We ended up walking away with essentially a brand new pilot. He has always been attentive and has done a great job responding to our requests and concerns. Even after the same was complete. We also worked with Norman in financing who was very customer oriented. Answered all questions and came across honestly. Overall our shopping experience was refreshing and and we will definitly be back when it’s time for an upgrade or another vehicle.

Can't say much about them, my transaction with them is still pending and no much update from the guys involved. I guess they need to work more on customer experience but they are in a neat environment though...

Called the dealership to test drive a vehicle, 45 min to my appointment time I was informed over text message that it had just sold. I came in anyway because I had fought traffic to get there so I could try to test drive a similar vehicle or at least take a look around. Within a day or two, the same vehicle was RELISTED for sale and I was not contacted. When I called to inquire, I was again told that the vehicle was JUST SOLD. I don’t know how these people can justify such deceitful sales tactics, poor customer service, and unethical practices are able to legally run a business. If I could give a negative star, this would be the place. Sales Representatives: Jay and Thomas. Not impressed, grossly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
