Lack of Transparency

Once the vehicle came things were better but there was a long delay in actually getting the vehicle with multiple promises at different times of its arrival. There were some issue of lack of transparency in the process with charges being added initially and then eventually taken away. We had shopped around and been given a lower price in Steinbach and were told that it would be matched but it was not equivalent in the end.

I generally have a positive experience with the services provided at this dealership. The last service on our Mazda however, left me a little worried. I knew for a fact that the blade on the rear window needed replacing. My son brought the car in for service and asked that it be checked and the bill noted that it was checked and ok’d....no action required. My son asked the service manager to walk out to the car to take a look. Realizing the mistake, the manager apologized. Apology accepted but what else was missed after a bill for $600 plus for the work that was done?

I buy a used SUV 2011 .After few days I check the AC was not working. I went to them first they said we could not do anything now .when I insist the sails person to do something he said I can't do then I said when I buy that SUV then one another sales man with you may be his senior then the second person said you have to pay .Then I ask what is my fault tell me ?After insist them allot they ready to check my suv .One whole day my SUV was there .After that they said we need more time. I asked them is compressor working they said yes .After few day they give me appointment to come I went after that they said compressor is not working need to replace with new one. For this you have to pay $1200 .when I went to see this SUV that day that sales person said i know very well the last owner this SUV he is from this city and I have good relations with him .but when I buy this SUV then I see this SUV is from Montreal. He told many lies and fake things I was not expecting such a big company do shameless things like that both sales man are from Team Foui .That time they said we are no 1 team I think they become no 1 by speaking lies. I never thought I could be harassed like this.
