I ordered a part for my wife’s car and the fellow said he might be able to have it for me the next day. It wasn’t even 8:30 the next morning and he was calling me that my part was in. The part was expectedly a little more (about 40$) than the one on Amazon but there wasn’t a 2 week wait for the arrival.

I recently relocated to Regina from Ontario and started the purchase process on-line and then through Rick Soloduke. The entire process was great!. Rick was able to connect us with a new Equinox that was just coming in that met our needs. Because we were new residents to Regina, getting plates, insurance and a license was not easy to navigate and Rick was so helpful. He drove us around to all of the places that we needed to go to get it done. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. A couple of weeks later, I call Rick about getting my snow tires put on. 45 minutes later, he comes to my office, takes my Equinox in for the tire switch and brings it back to my office! He is amazing at his job and we could not have been happier with the experience. Great job to all at Wheaton but especially Rick.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Wheaton Chevrolet and there is a reason for that. We’ve had such incredible experiences from their team. James West helped us first find or family vehicle. He recommended the perfect car for us (even though they didn’t have one at the time) because it was truly what worked best for our family. We did a ton of research and we came back to him as he was absolutely right, and once one was available he remembered us, secured it quickly and made the entire process so pain free. For the whole next following year he watched out for a truck for us. We had such a good experience the first time with him that we asked him to reach out to us if he ever found anything. The market is tough, but he still didn’t bring forward just any vehicle to us. He only brought forward real candidates that he felt comfortable putting our family in. For this we really trusted his gut and recommendations for us. Again, another incredible experience. The support didn’t end there. The finance member Melo helped us both times and made everything so painless. He did a lot of work for us to find us the best deal that would work for us and we truly appreciated his help. He went above and beyond what he had to in order to help us out. We’ve also checked in with their service department and collision team on other occasions as well and they too were so helpful!! I’m not sure what is happening there but whatever the case, keep doing it, because the whole team is amazing to work with.

Took my car here for some service work and Bobbie in the service department was absolutely amazing, she stayed in touch and kept me informed the entire time. Even washed the car before I picked it up.

They only get a 1 star because no stars was not an option buy a truck for $82000 and it has spent the last 3 weeks in the shop only to get it back and it still does NOT run and then being told to get it towed ourselves

When it comes to purchasing car, it can be a stressful process. However, my experience at Wheaton Chevrolet was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I searched Chev online onto the dealership, the team made me feel welcome and important. I preferred text instead of call since I'm busy and my Sales Consultant - James West was able to respect it. James was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the different features of various models. They were never pushy and truly listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle. Once I decided on the car I wanted, the financing process was painless, and the financial services manager - Melo Vataga worked to get me the best possible rate, and some practical add ons, and explained every detail of the computation. The team at Wheaton Chevrolet went above and beyond by ensuring that my car was detailed and ready for me to take home on the same day. James did the detail of every features of the car even after his work hours. I almost forgot that I he has been updating me the progress of my customized ordered car until it's arrival to Regina which has been so good of him. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Wheaton Chevrolet. The team's professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
