I had pre scheduled an appointment for my winter tire swap using the on-line scheduling request. The ability to schedule on-line, and get a prompt confirmation made my life easier. On the day of the appointment I arrived early, just in case there was anything that needed to be dealt with ahead of time, as this was a new winter tire package to be installed. The service staff were very polite and helpful, confirmed all my requirements, and made arrangements to contact me, as I had other things to do, they also re-confirmed that I did not require transportation (which I appreciated, as things do get forgotten). The vehicle was ready at the time promised, and the job was well done, without any issues. A problem free, painless service appointment, the way it should be.
