shady when dealing with the price of purchase and trade in, didn't want to show me details on the total cost of the new car and tried to hide what was promised for my trade.

I came in for an oil change and wiper blades replacement. Told I needed my in-car air filter changed. When I questioned the service technician saying I thought I had it recently done, he said he had no record of it. So I had this service as recommended to find out when I checked my receipts in the glove compartment that it had been done within 13 months. I felt like the proverbial woman taking her car into the shop and being upsold something that I didn't need replacing. If I had known that, I would not have had it done. When I returned home, I discovered my locking lug nuts were missing and my brake light was not fixed, and that my block heater cord was dragging. Called the manager and he reluctantly said Honda would take care of these. I'm curious to know what is inspected when Honda provides an oil change and 21-point inspection as advertised.

My husband and I, signed a financing loan application on Feb.24,2018 at 9:00 pm for HONDA CR-V 2018 at CROWN HONDA in McPhilLips Winnipeg. To have a good deal they asked for a down payment of $1000.00 to lessen the bi-wkly payment. The following day, I realized that we would have a tight budget because I'm pregnant and when I get into maternity leave, I will only received a portion 55% of my salary. so, we decided to cancel the loan application but then the company is closed because it’s Sunday. I decided to call back Monday Feb.26, 2018 at 12nn, The sales agent is not available, so I decided to call the finance directly but no one answering the phone so I left a message to cancelled my finance loan application and also asked them to call me back. Then around 2:00pm somebody phoned my husband from CROWN HONDA and saying that we got approved on the application and cannot get the $1000.00 deposit. We did not even signed a contract that we will purchased the vehicle. it's only financing loan application that we signed up. We go to CROWN HONDA to settled the issue with GLEN ALCANTARA, He is not entertaining us and excusing himself that he is busy with the clients. We go back for 3 consecutive days waiting for an hour and we are just ignored. We decided to follow up through phone calls and leave a message to email us the copy of the receipt of the down payment and what are the options that they can provide with $1000.00 deposit but until now we don't receive any emails from them. I even follow-up with the Manager WADE LEE and still not receiving any reply or return call .

My husband and I, signed a financing loan application on Saturday Feb.24,2018 at 9:00 pm for HONDA CR-V 2018 at CROWN HONDA in McPhillips Winnipeg with GLENN ALCANTARA. We decided to cancel it on Monday Feb 26 at 12nn and they told us we cannot refund the 1000 deposit. we did not even signed any contract and they did not even provide us the receipts.

This dealership does not deserve a star but I could not post this comment if I didn't give them one. I stopped in to have my battery checked but on that day the attendant said that nobody was available to check it, and that the dealership was closing soon. He told me to back my car out and I told him if he could open the adjacent bay door that led out to the parking lot that it would be better but he said he couldn't because it was locked. To make a long story short, when I backed out there was a latch that was sticking out of the bay door and it caught my rear taillight and broke it. When I got out of the car the attendant said it had happened to other customers as well. So, I asked him why didn't he back my car out if he knew there was something obstructing the door and he said that I didn't ask him to. I suppose he got a good laugh out of it. If you don't mind being treated horribly then Winnipeg Honda (Waverly) is the place for you. But if you want to be kind to yourself find another dealership.
