Totally dissatisfied with this dealership. Rude staff who are quite disrespectful towards the customer. Find other mechanic for getting your vehicle's service done rather than getting it done from this dealership.

Worst place to get your car fix . I gave my car to a dodge dealership for seatbelt service, while servicing it the dealership informed me that they broke something while fixing the seat belt so they have to keep the car for another week until some part arrives. I insisted to give me my car back as it was earlier and they refused by saying they can’t give me my car due to safety reasons and can give me a rental car. Next day when I went to pick up my rental car they said there a bad news as someone backed into your car. The dealership was like you can talk to that person and insurance they will fix your car and we don’t have anything to do with that. As your car was just parked on a parking lot. Same as it would be on a walmart parking lot. No doubt the car would be fixed but I bought it brand new and its not been a year yet since I bought it and there will be lot of depreciation after that accident plus it will be on carfax.

These guys (Montana) wasted my time & money getting me to drive to the city for an appraisal that could have easily been done online. So they get me into their shop 3hr round trip and $80 gas laster just to offer me $11,000 less then what their rival dealership down the road is offering even tho I was driving a nicer truck than anything they have on their lot lol its laughable except I wasn't laughing. Not only that I was going to purchase a truck that isnt even financable so doing them a big favor at that. What a joke these guys are! The finance manager their has no clue what she's doing. Treating me like it's my first time buying or trading something in, NOT even close, my guess she hasn't been doing this very long. Watch out for these guys especially when trading your vehicle in. They will try RIP you off first chance they get. They do not care about your time & money or about being honest. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN THE STREET BY ALL MEANS. Its too bad i had to give 1 star!
