Yesterday got a call saying that car was ready to pick up. I got there early this morning and found my car was buried with snow, not able to get out. I asked for help at the front counter. The girl said it’s not their responsibility. Spent good time to shovel out. What a shitty customer service!

We were seeing warnings on my honda dashboard and decided to bring it to Crown Honda dealership assuming as most trusted people but now we regret my decision. we wasted my time and money. My wife dropped of vehicle at Crown honda dealership on Nov 26. Service advisor advised her of diagnosis charges $169 plus whatever else would be required to fix the car. Later in the day she got a call that there is a sensor issue and it would be about another approx. $700 to fix problems. We agreed and asked them to fix the car and let me know when the car is ready. Nov 28 received a call, went in and made the payment of $891.78 and picked up the car at about 6 pm after work and most of the service technicians were gone home and they were about to close. As soon as I drove off the Honda parking lot all the warnings started showing up again on my way back to home. Booked the next appointment following Tuesday and talked to the service supervisor and his manager about not fixing but just charging me, they didn't take any accountability. Service Manage advised me it would be $2000 more to try to fix it again. Upon asking if the car would be fixed spending extra $2000 and his answer was maybe but can't guarantee. I am still looking for answers. I am out of money and dealing with the same problems with the car. Hoping to find a way to get repairs done. I thought of sharing so some else won't have to go through same or be careful.

I've dealt with Winnipeg Honda for 17 years. I previously owned a 2007 Honda Accord which I purchased from the dealership. I've always had my servicing done with Winnipeg Honda and have always found them to be excellent to deal with. Absolutely no complaints. I recently purchased a 2018 Honda CRV. A major reason why I purchased another Honda was the service which I received from Winnipeg Honda as well as my Accord being an excellent car. In the past, if the service on my car was going to be longer than an hour, the Dealership would provide a ride home by Van or Uber. No cost to the customer. However, the last time that I was there, I learned that the ride home is no longer covered 100%. Only a $25 voucher for Uber is provided. The cost to me for the ride with Uber turned out to be $36. You've never nickel and dimed your customers in the past but I see that that is not the case any longer. If you don't change this policy, you've lost a customer.
