I have to say that the General Manager is hands-on, very helpful and accommodating. All of the staff work together as a positive team. I'm happy with my experience at Laplante Chrysler.

Dealership provided me a quote in short delay, no pressure to purchase a vehicle or upgrade to a higher package. I received good a discount on a new 2018.

Excellent service I had never stop at this Dodge dealership before, but when I found out it was under new management, I when in to look at a trade for my wife’s SUV. I met with David, very polite and courteous, took care of me as soon as I walked in. Usually I am not too keen on pushy sales man but David was the opposite, David took the time to see what I wanted exactly, and we could not find exactly what I was looking for in my price range, so left. I get this call at 7:00pm and there is David, “I found your perfect Jeep Cherokee”, David email me pictures and it was the perfect Jeep. Next day I went in and David, based on my price range add worked out with dealership Manager” great person” so that all pricing was done and was in my price range, I do not know how he pulled this off but David really work on my behalf. David never put pressure on selling the car and me promising stuff that salesman can never deliver anyway like other sales man do all the time. I bought many cars from dealers at my age, and I really have to say that this is one of the best dealer experience I ever had, and would recommend this dealer ship to anybody, taking the drive to Embrun will get you what you are looking for and you will leave with a great satisfaction. Very satisfy with the sales and Management of Embrun Dodge, Great atmosphere.

They can’t fix a issue with sunroof. Look at it 4 times now. First time it appeared lack of effort was due to fact that my wife took it in. Warranty about to run out. Will go direct to Chrysler Canada for satisfaction. ......Well they are now taking it seriously and working on it......

I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in for a peace of Mind check up. I had a brochure come in the mail about my truck that it was no longer on warranty due to year and mileage but Dodge Crysler were offering a peace of mind check up so that I wouldn't have to worry about any un forseen problems coming up. They checked the truck over from front to back rotated tires etc. Marked down wear on brakes and measured tire tread depth. All this at no charge. On top of this I now have 1 year ROAD hazard warranty on my truck so if I get a flat or battery issues etc I am covered so all I have to due is call the # that they are going to provide me once it is registered and I will have ROAD side assistance. Super professionnel! Les vendeurs ce mettent à notre place et ferons tout pour que nous puissions avoir notre auto ou camion! Pour ma part, je dois remercier mille fois Anne qui a sû être professionnelle et a vite compris dans quelle situation que j’etais avec mon emploi, et qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir mon Ram!!
