Very disappointed with the service I received in their service department today. I bought a new truck 4 weeks ago from them and was treated amazing by Alex only to bring my truck in today to have the tonneau cover put on since it was back ordered. After being told by Chad, when I made the appointment , it would be an hour to install I had to sit and wait for 3.5hrs. After 2 hours I approached Chad to ask if it was ready and learned it had not even gone in yet. He told me there's only 1 tech that could install it and that my appointment was just to drop off the truck. Even though I clearly asked when making the appointment if I could wait and asjed how long it would take. I could've planned my day differently if only I would have known. And furthermore, only 1 tech that could install it?!?!? It's literally clamps and a socket wrench, nothing specialty about it. So I told him to put it in the back and I'll install it at home. After informing me of warranty complications if I did it myself 🙄, he miraculously had the 1 tech free up and I had my tonneau cover put on after another hours wait. As previously mentioned the sales team was great, efficient and very communicative on everything. But I'd suggest getting your servicing done elsewhere.

Had 2 vehicles serviced over the last two days. Chad, my service advisor was polite and courteous. Chad followed up with me during the repair process promptly and kept me well informed. As a former GM service manager myself it pleases me to see such great customer service from another dealership! All the staff in this service department are polite, professional and well organized.

Out of all my experience with GM this dealer is always ontop of the game. Specifically Sonny in parts is always so helpful and attentive to customers. After having multiple terrible experiences with Sadlon and new roads, it's refreshing to talk to SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES LIKE SONNY

alex made it very easy for my son buying his first truck from out of town he had everything ready so when he got there just had to sign papers very happy with the truck and woud recommened him 10/10

We had an agreement in place to lease a Yukon XL Denali. Did all the paperwork for the lease got it approved. Told me the vehicle would be here on X date. They made me buy insurance so I could drive it to BC since this is where im located. Booked a plane ticket then told me vehicle is late. No big deal to then telling after tall this that they would not honour the deal for fear of export. I sell bicycles for leaving never exported a single vehicle in my life. Without any cause, justification other than their own ideas. They put me in the hole on my expenses! Will take this further!
