I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in April 2022, and in July the plastic trim on the steering wheel broke. I informed them of the broken park. They told me they will fix it free of charge as the Jeep is still under warranty. Till now, December 2022, I have not received any call or follow up from them. Very poor customer service, I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I’m thinking about informing Jeep Canada how this dealership treats their customer.
